What you can expect from your Holsome Park Quality Meat mail order

 

Meat quality & hanging

All the meat used by Holsome Park Quality meat is reared and fed on natural diets produced on our farms. As our beef is hung for 3 weeks this produces a darker red meat, our lamb and pork is hung for up to 10days. Hanging meat results in the meat having more flavour than meat hung for shorter periods of time.

Our traditional butcher then butchers the meat to the highest standards before packing it into vacuum sealed bags.

Delivery

All the meat is delivered fresh direct to your door. Packaged in insulated boxes containing ice packs, the boxes are picked up from us and delivered to you the next day by 12 noon, unless you have chosen a 10am or Saturday delivery supplement. Please don’t forget to specify the delivery day taking into consideration that we require 3 working days for the hamper to be put together and delivery arranged. You can use the Special/Delivery Instructions box on the final page of your PayPal payment process to specify this.

Please remember that the courier would need someone to be able to sign for the parcel and that the produce would need to be placed straight in refrigeration or freezer once it has been delivered.

Unfortunately occasionally unforeseen circumstances may lead to a delivery being delayed. Should your parcel not arrive within this timescale, let us know immediately and we can ‘Track & Trace’ your parcel and inform you of its estimated delivery time. If your delivery has been lost then we will either resend the goods or offer a full refund.

Returns Policy

If the goods do not arrive in an acceptable condition and you inform us immediately, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund or exchange. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Your rights to return faulty goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive but please note that the right to cancel your order does not apply to the supply of perishable goods.
