Cutting and Packaging Service

Are you a farmer or smallholder that requires somewhere to send your finished stock to be hung, cut and packaged than look no further!!!!

Holsome Park Quality Meats have our own licensed cutting plant which includes a designated carcase fridge, packaged meat fridge, cutting room, office and changing facilities upstairs.

All the meat is butchered using traditional methods by our full time butcher and we are inspected by the Meat Hygiene service on a regular basis.

Our services include booking in stock to be slaughtered, collecting the carcasses, hanging, cutting to customer’s requirements and packaging (bags, over-wrapped trays or vacuum packed).
